The Institute received the most prestigious Special Consultative Status with ECOSOC of the United Nations in October 2000. Presently it has representatives at the UN Headquarters in New York, Geneva and Vienna.
The Institute is very attentive to chart all the activities on the UN Millenium Development Goals so as to ensure a uniform global method of evaluation and bringing global facilities to the grassroot beneficiaries. All these eight goals including a short description about our activities are listed in the Millenium Development Goals document.
